Empowering Young Minds Through Creativity and Compassion

That’s Bowie’s World Foundation empowers children and families through creativity, emotional wellness, and compassionate community. We support young minds through art, connection, and holistic family-centered programs.

About the Foundation

That’s Bowie’s World Foundation was inspired by the creative journey of Liam “Bowie” Washington, a young neurodivergent artist whose artwork expresses emotion, imagination, and courage.

Our mission is to help children and families thrive through creativity, connection, and holistic support.

We believe every child deserves space to express themselves, explore their talents, and build confidence, surrounded by a community that understands and uplifts them.

That’s Bowie’s World Foundation legally operates as THATS BOWIES WORLD INC, a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to supporting children, families, and community programs through creativity, wellness, and connection.

Our Programs

Creative Expression & Art Experiences

We provide children with hands-on art activities, creative workshops, and expressive storytelling that help build confidence, emotional release, and imagination.

Family Wellness & Holistic Education

We support families with plant-forward nutrition education, mindfulness practices, and lifestyle tools that help improve focus, balance, and emotional health.

Life-Skills & Independence Support

We help children learn essential life skills such as daily routines, cooking, responsibility, and confidence-building tasks that prepare them for independent living.

Community Support & Connection

We create supportive, uplifting environments where families can connect, share their journeys, and feel understood. No one walks this path alone.

Liam’s Story

That’s Bowie’s World was founded through the artistic journey of Liam “Bowie” Washington, a neurodivergent child whose creativity became his way of communicating and grounding himself. Painting helped Liam express emotions, focus his mind, and explore his imagination freely. His growth through creative outlets inspired a mission dedicated to helping children of all abilities build confidence, emotional wellness, independence, and community connection.
